たびたび、すいません。

サーバーにインストールしたら、以下のメッセージがでました。


Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, web-admin@phoenix-c.or.jp and inform them of the time the error occurred,
and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

一応、パーミッションも設定しました。漢字コードをsjis=>eucに変え、不要な\も消しました。
（サーバーがecuのみ）

miniBBSはうまく動作するのですが、うぇぶ会議室はだめです。(T_T
あと、timelocal.pl は、無いようですが、これはどこにあるのでしょうか？
