Update Backup English version to 1.4.

• Fixed progress bar is incorrect when file size is bigger than 2GB.
• Add option switch to confirm overwriting on the Option tab.
• Add option switch to show comment in the dialog box on the Name tag.

Update FFFTP English version to 1.92a

• Changed to use LIST command instead of the NLST command by default.
• Changed to use PASV mode by default.
• No anonymous FTP sites are registerd and on initial start. Now mail address dialog is not diaplayed.
