＞前の記事に書いた article.cgi を変更してみる、と言うのは上手く行きませんでしたか?

　これは、article.cgiを変更すると新規投稿画面にしようとしても・・・エラーがでてしまいます。
 
＞もし、上手く行かないようなら、デバッグ用のwrapperスクリプトを被せてみて
＞と言う手順でどうでしょうか? 何かエラーメッセーヂが出力されましたか?

　これも、実行すると上記同様エラーが表示されてしまいます。
