This is a variation of the former applet. But you can control each three balls. Quarks have color charges and bind each other to make white: neutral color. So these balls are painted red, green and blue.
First, click the start button. These balls start moving. You can control the ball indicated by the Color Selecter Next, click the Strobo button. You can see the orbit line of the motion. The orbit line can erase by clicking Start button. If you click the Reset button, you can set the state initial.

This motion is calculated by 4th order Runge-Kutta method.
