  1. The schedule of MIKOSHI on October (Kannaduki) 2005

    When entering in October, the number of the festivals decreases gradually.
    It is the schedule of MIKOSHI in late autumn.

    Asakusa The Edo portable shrine rally (The big Tokyo festival) Oct. 1st Sun.
    Sensou temple(Asakusa station on Subway Toei-Asakusa Line)
    About 20 portable shrines in Kanto each place concentrate to the Sensou-ji precincts and go out in the union in the city of Asakusa. This event is a stop this year.
    Kawasaki/Hirama The festival of Hachiman Taijin Oct. 1st Sat & Sun.
    Hachiman Taijin(Hirama station on JR Nanbu Line)
    It shoulders a portable shrine by the Haneda formula in the city of Hirama and it goes out.
    Kugayama The festival of Kugayama-Inari shrine Oct. 1st Sat & Sun.
    Kugayama-Inari shrine(Kugayama station on Inogashira-Line)
    It goes out MIKOSHI etc. Miss Ishii's infomation.
    Kawasaki/Kashimada The festival of Kashima Taijin Oct. 2nd Sun & Sat.
    Kashima Taijin(Shin-Kawasaki station on JR Yokosuka Line)
    It goes out the Mantou portable shrine in the evening sign on Saturday, and the sign portable shrine on Sunday.
    Kawasaki/Nakanoshima The festival of Nakanoshima shrine Oct. 2nd Sun & Sat.
    Nakanoshima shrine(Nakanoshima station on JR Nanbu Line)
    It goes out in the portable shrine of the plain wood making at the head in the Fuchu drum.
    Yokohama/Hakkei Island The Sea paradise autumn festival Oct 10th & near Sun.
    Sea paradise(Hakkei-Jima station on Seaside Line)
    Several portable shrines gather round the piazza.
    Nishi-Ohi The festival of Kashima shrine Oct. 3rd Sun.& Sat.
    Kashima Shrine(Nisiooi station on JR Yokosuka Line)
    It goes out in the union of the neighborhood association MIKOSHI and it climbs a steep slope.
    Kawasaki/Konya-cho The inhabitant festival of Saiwai ward Oct. 3rd Sun.

    It announces a parade and a way of shouldering with three portable shrines in the ward on Sunday.

    Ikegami The Buddhist memorial service(Oeshiki) Oct. 12th
    Ikegami Honmon temple(Ikegami station on Tokyu Ikegami Line)
    It is the event of the Nichiren sect of Buddhism. Beautiful Mantou ranges with the head in the wear.

    The last day of the citizen festival, it parades with several portable shrines.
    Kawasaki/Yako The grand festival of Hie shrine Nov. 5 - 6
    Hie shrine(Shitte station on JR Nanbu Line)
    It is a long stretch with being considerable to 7 o'clock at 19 o'clock.

  3. The schedule of MIKOSHI on September (Nagatuki) 2005

    It is the performance of the autumn festival. Every year,it is made to cry by the typhoon.

    The portable shrine of each neighborhood association concentrates in front of the shrine at noon of Sunday.
